I don’t care what you think

I think that since they are now number 1 BBC should broadcast them uncensored – I mean people bought the uncensored version, didn’t they?

Meow

I’m now writing to you from the underworld as my head suddenly exploded while watching some cats on youtube. Some people in the office volunteered to scrape my brain off the walls but some accidentally looked at me screen and this caused a domino effect. Can somebody call for midget fairies to stop this from happening?

Picture Of the Day

It’s nothing new, ok? But it’s funny and educational.

Windows 7 Launch Party Viral?

Since comments for this video have been disabled I’m going to add my own perspective on it here.

Notice how the director’s intention was to make it look as if the entire video was shot in one take. Now, if you watch carefully, you’ll see that the time on the clock above the stove goes from about 3:11 to 5:13. Also watch how the level of drink in the first glass from the left changes during the presentation. In fact I think that the real intention was to make you so bored with the video by minute 2 that you fall asleep and not notice any screw-ups.

Well, Microsoft’s weak attention to details has been known for a while. It’s also been reflected in their choices for ad campaign creators. One would think that time creates progress. Not in this case.

So, ok, you throw a party for Windows7 launch and you win a copy (or just might). You tell your friends: ‘Hey, how about we have a little pre-Halloween get together to celebrate one of the world’s largest corporation’s new product release’. I mean, you know that sooner or later that very product will become the source of your worst frustrations only comparable with inability to obtain help from Virgin Money car insurance customer service when an uninsured cyclist hit my car and later threatened to sue me for personal damage.

And I’m not even going to start on how confusing and anti-interest causing the communication is here. How about they go back to school?

Mean? I know. I can’t hep it. People’s stupidity causes that.

Hello! I’m a Mac, PC and Ubuntu.

What impressed me this week

Greedy Greek?

I meant to post this one ages ago but due to recent mountaineering ecapades I simply forgot I had this photo in my iPhone. So what’s the story? Greek government wants all ancient art back from British Museum. Both sides believe they have the right to it. Now what looks like CNN’s innocent spelling mistake could easily be treated as an unnecessary comment by CNN. I say it’s still just funny.

Wi-Fi names

I though about a really bad Wi-Fi network name at my place but my wife said it was too dirty.

Weird? Funny? Japanese?

Namco is bringing its bodybuilders-running-through-buildings arcade game Muscle Koushinkyoku (lit. “Muscle March”) to the Japanese WiiWare Channel.

The one-to-four player game will be released on May 26 for 800 Wii Points.

Binocular Football

Takeshi Kitano never stops to amaze me.
